Le Krib ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit lekrib.dk, book an appointment with us, or contact us, how we use it, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What information we collect

• Booking information — name, email, phone number, reference photos, body placement, and date preferences you submit through our InkLink booking app.
• Contact form data — your email address if you sign up for updates or send us a question.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section below).
• Health information — at the studio, we may ask about allergies, medications, and skin conditions to keep your session safe. This information is stored on a paper consent form locked in the studio.

How we use your information

• To respond to your booking request and confirm your appointment.
• To send you appointment reminders, aftercare instructions, and relevant updates about your visit.
• To send you marketing emails about new artists, services, or promotions — only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and services through anonymous analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, consent forms).

• Contract — to fulfil your booking request.
• Consent — for marketing and non-essential cookies.
• Legal obligation — for tax and health records.
• Legitimate interest — for fraud prevention and analytics.

Who we share data with

We only share your data with the following processors, and only as necessary to deliver our service:

• InkLink — our booking platform (booking data).
• Formspree — newsletter signup (email only).
• Google Maps — embedded maps load resources from Google.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

• Booking and contact data: 3 years after your last appointment, then deleted.
• Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe.
• Tax records: 5 years as required by Danish law.
• Consent forms (paper): 5 years, then shredded.

• Essential — session and security cookies. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — anonymous traffic stats. Disabled by default until you opt in.
