Collection and use of personal data

1. What we collect

   • We collect basic contact information such as name, telephone number and email address when you book an appointment with us. We also collect payment information.

2. How we use the data

   • The data collected is used to manage your booking and to communicate with you about relevant details before and after your tattoo.

3. Storage of data

   • Your data is stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

4. Sharing of data

   • We do not share your personal data with third parties without your express consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

5. Your rights

   • You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to our processing of your data.

Camera surveillance

1. Purpose

   • To ensure the safety of both clients and staff, Le Krib has installed surveillance cameras in the tattoo studio.

2. Location

   • The cameras are clearly marked and placed in the common areas. There are no cameras in changing rooms or other private areas.

3. Storage of recordings

   • The recordings are stored for 30 days, after which they are deleted, unless they are to be used in a possible lawsuit or investigation.

4. Access to recordings

   • The recordings are only available to authorized personnel and will only be shared with authorities in the event of an investigation.

 

By booking an appointment with Le Krib or entering our premises, you accept these policies.
